First Light is Unit III's before-school development program for players committed to consistent, intentional improvement.
Built around our philosophy of Skill. IQ. Execute., every session develops the technical skills, decision-making, and execution habits that separate players in games. Rather than isolated drills, players learn to recognize situations, solve problems under pressure, and execute with confidence.
Throughout the season, athletes will develop skating, puck skills, deception, scanning, and hockey IQ through training designed to transfer directly to game performance.

Schedule
› 23 Weekly 1hr Sessions (September 8, 2026 - March 5, 2027)
› 6:45am - 7:45am Weekly Sessions
› Need a rest? No problem. Make Up Sessions Available.
› 2 Weeks off during Christmas Break, 1 Week off for Fall Break

U13: Monday & Tuesday

Location: Grant Fuhr Arena, Spruce Grove
Costs are prorated based on season progress.
